Stop-Off Masking Lacquers

For the following types of plating: Acid etching, anodizing, black oxide,  cadmium, chrome-bright, chrome-hard, copper acid, copper cyanide, copper pyro, dichromate, electro polishing, gold acid, gold alkaline, gold neutral, indium, lead, ni-cad diffused, nickel-bright, nicle-electroless, nickel-gray, nickel-sulphamate, nitric acide, palladium, phospating, rhodium, silver, tin-acid, tin-alkaline, zinc.

Vinyl Plastisols

For outstanding heat-cured rack coatings.  Meets industry’s highest standards for corrosion and abrasion resistance.  Available in black, orage, red, and green.

Waxes

For selective stop-off that is especially suited for masking on complicated parts and sharp edges.  Shows remarkable degree of adhesion, even when on flat surfaces.  Requires no prime coat before application which means only one dip tank is necessary for the complete operation.  May be used in the following types of plating: Hard chrome, copper acid, copper pyro, indium, lead, and silver.

Tapes

For most plating cycles.  Adhesive qualities and flexibility, with tapered edges for positive sealing; will not contaminate solution.  May be used for electroless nickel, hard chrome, anodizing, chemical milling.

Layout Dyes

For tool, die, pattern, or template layout on metal.  Provides a most effective and economical method of preparing layouts on metal.  Can be used on sheet metal, brass, aluminum, stainless steel, copper, tin, and other similar materials.  An ideal identification die for bat stock, sheet, strips, tools, dies or part.  Will never rub off on hands, arms, or clothing.
